What’s a book you never finished but still think about?
I am notorious for starting books and never finishing them. When I was in college, my pastor recommended that I read “Prayer the Great Adventure” by David Jeremiah. This book chronicles his cancer journey and how his prayer life grew through it. I was amazed at how God could use sickness to deepen someone’s faith and walk with God. While I can’t quote specific statements or anything from this book, it taught me early in ministry that I can grow even in the midst of the most challenging circumstances.
