Stop with the Games Already!

What could you do less of?

As I have shared before, these cell phones are addictive. We spend mindless time scrolling through social media and other things when we could be accomplishing things of worth. The thing I could reduce is game time on my phone. When things get tense, I’ll zone out on some ridiculous matching games on my phone. When I can’t see fruit from any of my labor, at least I can say I’m winning a matching game on my phone😂.

  1. I agree cell phones are addictive. I no longer use my cell phone during family time. I now filter unknown numbers, and they automatically go to spam. Now, most days my phone does not ring.

    1. My issue is the apps. I don’t have many conversations, but the apps keep pulling me back. It’s time to delete some.

      1. Yes, the apps are definitely an issue sometimes.
